1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ATC Travelzone and our supplier partners. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.

2. Payments

Payments are due as per the schedule shared in your booking confirmation. Late payment may result in cancellation of confirmed services.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the supplier policy and time of cancellation. Refunds are processed within 14 working days after confirmation.

4. Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and health requirements. We assist with documentation but cannot guarantee visa approval.

5. Liability

ATC Travelzone acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers. Liability is limited to the booking value paid to ATC Travelzone.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, India.
